On June 20, Katherine Hamilton, Chair of 38 North Solutions, testified before the House Select Committee on the Climate Crisis. Her testimony, which can be read in full here, focused on using flexible resources on the transmission and distribution grid to integrate renewables more effectively while providing consumers with choice and reduced bills. Members on both sides of the aisle were interested in the content and engaged in a lively discussion of how to deploy climate change solutions.
